A Star is Born

Scene 1 take one and..............Action, Nidderdale Golden Oldies took on the challenge of a Hollywood eleven this week at Ripley and it was a great game played in good spirit.

Sterling work from the Ripley ground staff meant the game kicked off on time despite heavy rainfall on Thursday night, the vistors posting 86 from twenty nine and a half overs, in reply the Nidderdale side eased passed the target after twenty over's. Sherman didn't quite make it to the silver screen but did manage an appearance on Look North, check it out here.
