Bring on the Panzer!!

A warm summer night, for a change, brought out the best in "Shermans Super Squad" batting first after being stuck in Wainy (26) and Arnie (20) put up good resistence to the Bilton bowling attack sending Blubbs to a meagre ninety nine for eight despite more chatter than a week with Parkinson from the home team.

In reply Sherman blasted out Bilton taking six for seventeen, with Bubba, Tichie and "Gobby" Bobby clamping on to catches in the deep and Matt "the kid keeper" picking up two sharp stumpings behind the sticks.

Two points separating 1st, 2nd and 3rd leaves Sherman with a lot to think about for the final game of the season.
