Goldsborough (EL)

Another good win for the evening league team, beating top of the table Goldsborough in convincing style.

Goldborough reach one hundred and thirty for seven largely helped by Teflon Hands Angry behind the sticks and Ball Herder Thack who tail-gated a dozen balls to the boundary. Wainy, Macca and Sherman all picked up two wickets apiece and Piewalker clung on to a great catch in the deep.

Fifty one not out from Macca and thirty four from Bubba saw Blubbs ease past their target with plenty of over's to spare, Angry made a cameo at the end to finish the game with an attempted on-drive with his pads. Good game, well played.
